I am selling items in Protector's Enclave and I got silenced for 24 hours for suppodsedly spamming, Wtf? Im in trade chat asking for offers, how is that spam...
Asking for offers too quickly? If you can see two of your messages in the chat window at the same time -- that's WAY too fast. You should wait at least 30sec to a minute between messages (or until your previous message scrolls off -- whichever is LONGER).
If you do it too past some people will report you for spamming (spamming as in putting too much of anything in the chat channel).
Also it may be against the terms of service to discuss this in the forums as this is a form of "punishment".

If people get sick of seeing whatever you're trying to flog, they'll squelch you.
I was posting maybe once every 10-15 seconds, not Spamming.
Way too fast. By default, new players (and players who have never manually changed their chat settings) see all the standard channels, including Trade. So, no matter what YOU consider is not spamming, they will see it in a noisy context and will report you accordingly because they see everything.
It apparently only takes 20 players to Report Spam you for the system to kick in with some effect. PE has thousands of players across instances watching that chat at any given time...
It is also easy to get misclicked reported (by many others) if you spam at even close to a similar frequency, i.e. at the same times, as gold spammers.
As I stated, if your message is repeated BEFORE it scrolls off the top of the chat window a lot of people will nail you for it. Wait 30 seconds OR until your previous message scrolls off.

It takes more than 1 person reporting you to earn you a 24 hour ban.
