trying to find out why I cannot see the option to buy either 10k or 20k Zen. I saw various mentions of these amount including most recently during the bonus zen action over Christmas (stating that the 10k and 20k were not eligible for the bonus.) However nowhere can I find the possibility to purchase these amounts. Any help would be appreciated
Thanks

Maybe depends on what payment option you are selecting. When I select credit card or paypal options I see the $100 and $200 options.

As I recall, when I first signed up those options weren't available. Then after some time they were there, so you may have to wait or make a deposit at a lower amount first before they show up.

I have been playing and purchasing for a while already but still the options do not show up. Is it possible that there is a difference being located in Germany? Anyone from Germany care to comment?

Neverwinter doesn't have premier members. There are packs you can buy to unlock companions, mounts, fashion, titles, etc. but not content or any special privileges worth mentioning.

CO and STO both started out as standard subscription based MMOs before becoming F2P so they used a hybrid model where subscriptions were kept. NW started out as f2p so doesn't need the hybrid model.

Only Star Trek Online and Champions Online (a.k.a. "Free-For_All") have the optional subscription/Lifetime "Gold" membership. This was a Cryptic thing, not a Perfect World Entertainment thing. Even though Neverwinter is created and maintained by Cryptic, it was built from the ground-up to Perfect World's specifications, which was and is Free-to-Play with no subscription options at all.
The "Gold Member" status at STO and CO do give you some perks like freebies from the respective Z-Stores and a Z-Point Stipend every month, each perk applies only to that game (STO perks for STO and so on). Hence, both STO and CO are both subsidized by these subscribers. Neverwinter and other PWE games are not subsidized, which explains the higher pricing in the Z-Stores.
As for buying large amounts of Zen Points, that's a Perfect World issue. It may be that you must make at least an initial maximum purchase before the larger amount options appear. If you continue to have such difficulties, you'll need to contact Perfect World support: go to your Account page (upper right of this page) - go to Support and select BILLING.
