On the other hand they should finally add an option that female chars look as geared as male chars. I've checked some threads in the DC forum about armor and mostly ppl showing female chars there and when I compare the armor to the male versions it always looks like they are about to visit a gala dinner.
I am no fan at all of roleplay art where female warriors/mages/priests look like Victoria's Secret models and walk around belly-free, leg-free. Most women in RPGs are played my men anyway - especially those that run around in dresses/robes swinging a two-handed sword.
Would be happy if they didn't even include the scantily covering armor sets to be honest, they don’t have a place in adventures or on the battlefield.

OK, so you don't want to play a sexy female? Good for you! But where do you get the right to impose your standards on other players. The option should there for players that want to use it. And if you don't want to use it, feel free not to.
I want my CW to show some leg and my GWF to be a barbaric Half-Orc that runs around without a shirt on and swinging his massive axe, I don't want him to be the standard knight in shining armor. My DC on the other hand looks fine in her chain mail armor. This is how I wanna portray my character and I should be able to do so.
Also necromancy is forbidden by the Lord Protector.
I hate dancing with Lady Luck. She always steps on my toes.

I never said anything about my properly dressed females not being “sexy” if anything I said wearing appropriate armor didn't take anything away from them. The problem is most of the clothing and armor is towards the exposing side. (Admittedly you can cover up most of the scantily clad plate armor with undershirts..but should we have to?) If players wish to wear inappropriate armor they are welcome to, but expect flak from others icly. If you are not dressed for the task at hand you will get hurt and endanger those around you.
Even barbarian type characters wear armor of some shape or description, may it be leather or hide. Going totally topless without anything would get you killed very quickly.
See what's wrong with wearing a bit of light armor, at least it saves you being dropped by the first arrow or sword swing.
