Fixed minor layout issues on the profession screen in some cases.
Fixed a minor issue with overlapping text that could occur when returning from inactivity.
Fixed an issue with Auction house searches not always working with some versions of Internet Explorer 8.
User Interface
The Dungeoneering skill and other powers with long names should now have better word wrapping in character creation.
Systems and Items
Fixed some enchantments and items not giving their proper stat bonuses.
Items purchased for Glory or Grym Coins can no longer be sold for Gold.
All types of Identification Scrolls will now be sellable on the Auction House.
Tomb Spider companion now has an updated character preview in the companions screen.
Frozen Power Transfer Feat: Fixed an issue where this could extend the duration of all other effects on the Control Wizard.
Professions
Changed the task name for Elegant Scale Shirt to Elegant Scale Pants
Alchemists have discovered a new more efficient way to make Aqua Vitae. Check your Rank 8 Alchemy tasks.
Content and Environment
Mephits that were spawning underground or outside playable areas in the Mt. Hotenow Firecatcher contest have been moved to more accessible locations.
Nothing you wanted fixed perhaps, but they worked on the enchants which some people wanted to have done for a while now. There are many issues that need work, not all of them can be fixed at the same time. Pathetic would be if nothing had been fixed since launch day.

One thing is saying: "You didn't fix the thing I wanted to? You suck." But has it ever occured to you that there are two million players, and every single one of us have something we want them to fix? It's not possible to solve or add two million things all at once. They deal with the most critial bugs and add the most requested stuff first, then they get to less important things like sorting the inventory. Which, you might know, isn't just a line or two of code. It's actually quite complicated, which is why a lot of games don't have it at all.
Would be nice to know what enchants and items got fixed in what way. They might as well just post a single line saying "Hi, we fixed some stuff in the game. Kthnxbai."
No need for quotes anymore. Lost City's eyes are wide open now. Thank god!b:victory
Some of you people need to realize that the bag sort is not a major issue in the game right now. There is other stuff that will have higher priority.
Yeah like nerfing PvPers ability to earn gold.
As far as two million players go... No there are not two million people playing this game. There may have been 2 million unique accounts created but a large portion are probably bots, alts, or people who no longer play the game. I'd be surprised if there are even 500,000 active players.
some important things are not fixed since cb and u rage for sort bag button?
I'm not raging, I'm trolling. Sorry for not being clear.
But you are right, they have much more important things to adress, but, why they have not adressed this things yet too?
Let's look again in the patch notes:
This build is set to go live at 7AM PDT on Thursday, August 1, 2013.
Gateway (Focus of heavy game breaking experience don't it?)
Fixed an issue that could cause item tooltips to display in the lower left of the screen instead of over the item.
Fixed minor layout issues on the profession screen in some cases. (Usefull?)
Fixed a minor issue with overlapping text that could occur when returning from inactivity. (Really?)
Fixed an issue with Auction house searches not always working with some versions of Internet Explorer 8. (IE 8? lol, but still, there are people that don't know what is a good browser. It's fine for me. +1)
User Interface
The Dungeoneering skill and other powers with long names should now have better word wrapping in character creation. (what?)
Systems and Items
Fixed some enchantments and items not giving their proper stat bonuses. (What enchantments? Savage? If yes, good.)
Items purchased for Glory or Grym Coins can no longer be sold for Gold. (For what? To make Glory and Grym Coins even more useless, and make even more people quit PVP and Gauntlgrym?)
All types of Identification Scrolls will now be sellable on the Auction House. (Didn't know that there are some types that can't be sold.)
Tomb Spider companion now has an updated character preview in the companions screen. (Very usefull, but I'm still losing about 2 min to sort my bag.)
Frozen Power Transfer Feat: Fixed an issue where this could extend the duration of all other effects on the Control Wizard. (Looks that was another exploit? Looks fine them. +1)
Professions
Changed the task name for Elegant Scale Shirt to Elegant Scale Pants. (Very annoying is it not? Can't be able to sort my bags fast is too.)
Alchemists have discovered a new more efficient way to make Aqua Vitae. Check your Rank 8 Alchemy tasks.(Good. +1)
Content and Environment
Mephits that were spawning underground or outside playable areas in the Mt. Hotenow Firecatcher contest have been moved to more accessible locations. (The event itself sometimes don't start or simple don't register your score, YET.)
Ive never understood this fascination with the sort bag function that some people have..
I mean it takes all of 2 seconds to reorganise your inventory, its not a necessity unless your just somehow incapable of doing it..or lazy
Main inventory yes.. Professions inventory not so much.
The fascination is we had the sort ability.. Then it got broken by a patch. Two patches later it is apparently still not fixed.

In my main bag, I sort manually because the sort function never did understand the difference between items to vendor, AH, and keep, and because I want most consumable items to stay at the very top of inventory so I can quickly see what needs to be restocked. Also, anything with a timer needs to stay visible because I need my 2-20 coppers per hour from selling useless items, and my daily party popper.
I did like to use the button to reorganize profession resources and assets though, because that made it way easier to see what I had. As it stands, if I use up all of something, and then pick up something else I didn't have any of that fills the space, it gets really hard to tell what I need more of. I was heavily reliant on the alphabet in that tab. Assets end up having big gaps if you've been fusing dudes. Easier to tally your assets by viewing the profession page now than by looking at inventory... say you want to know how many instances of a rare task you can do based on how many of the required tool you own. But... you can't do that while in the store.
Is it just me who thinks that having PvP Glory be unable to traded for gold or (sellable) items is a good thing. In fact I wouldn't mind them removing the AD daily also.
This way the only incentive for playing PvP would be because you like playing PvP or want to get the PvP gear so far fewer AFKs and far better games.
Or am I missing something?

ya, maybe if they added leaderboards or rankingsfor pvp
what they are doing is taking away longterm incentives
which is what MMOs thrive on
take that away and you got a dead game, brother

far longer queues due to far fewer players? Sounds like a good thing to me.

Sure, just remove any gold making opportunity for PvE too then, cause if you like PvE you should really just do that for no benefit. In fact, drop all of the daily AD. Running PvP was a fun way to get pots for doing dungeons.

Why would queues be far longer?
At least for random queue it isn't like PvE where there is a long wait because a DC and a GF are viewed as essential by the matchmaking system. And without any bots it would be far more fun for those that, you know, actually enjoy playing PvP.....

Nice - a strawman argument at it finest (worst?).
Gold/AD making opportunities for PvE Skirmishes/Dungeons are far less easy to exploit for bots. When was the last time you heard someone complaining that they couldn't complete a Skirmish/Dungeon because of the bots on their team......
I have played several MMOs and only twice have I come across what I think was a bot in their Dungeon equivalent. And even those could just have been truly exceptionally useless players...
I don't know.. because... logic? If you have fewer people playing do you really think queue times wont be affected?
Logic also says that since the PvP queue seems to pretty much take the first 5 people in random team and goes with it, then the difference will be hardly noticeable. Not having to deal with bots however would be a major plus.

I guess we'll find out in the next few days. Prior to today I was sometimes waiting 5 or more minutes in the PvP queue so I don't really think it throws the first random 5 people together. If that's the case then that means there wasn't 10 people total queuing. Hence why I think there will be even less people after this (I know I will be one of them) and thus even longer queue times.
this is what i was to post :thanks for fixing the sort options in the packs, so much easier to have things sort themself to be next to like items when your mailing or comparing ....oh wait... : beat me to it, hahaha thanks.

25k glory = 25k lesser pvp pots = about 60 gold, no reason why they ended it for bots
Why wouldn't we be? What else would you do with glory when you hit the 25k cap?
lol, indeed.
