Issues with ZEN companion.

Im trying to unbind a companion on my account with a character I dislike. I want to send it to another character on my account.

I get the message it costs 15k astral diamonds to unbind this companion (Which I have) yet it does nothing.

Who would I contact to get this transferred?

    Unbinding currently does nothing. Don't know when it will be fixed.

    Yeah, do what I did, shelve the character with the companion on it until Cryptic re-activates the unbind feature that was working fine early beta.
