Sounds good in theory, but what's to bet those respecs turn out to be character bound?

Figured I'd look in the Zen store.

Retraining Token (under Services) is described as "Character Unlock. Usable in Powers window."

Character unlock. So, yeah - seems like it'll be character bound, assuming what they do is "give every character a Retrain token."

I'm not buying any more slots until they give us more classes. I've already got one of every class that interests me.

Do we know for sure that they're handing out respec tokens and not just auto resetting our feats/powers?

My guess is this is what is going to happen, at least when there are any major changes. They are not going to give everybody respec tokens, they will instead auto-reset everything for you and the first time you log in after the changes, you need to select what you want. I've played multiple other games and this is always how they have done it.
