The claim of selling power requires jumping through some hoops and squinting right. You won't find power available for sell in the Zen store. The convoluted arguement has to do with converting zen to AD and buying things.
That's not an answer, the question is simply is there something in the shop that you can buy which gives you more "power" be it stats, or whatnot?
That's not necessarily power over the other players who don't use the cash shop mind you,
The question is just, DO they sell POWER.
As for ZEN to AD being converted, for many... money IS power. Currency IS power. But that can be considered subjective in many ways. As you buy AD from players which means that's buying power from other players.

I don't think there's anything "convoluted" about that argument.
Buy Zen
Convert to AD
Buy from AH
Where's the convolution?
Your not paying cash for gear. You have to do things with what you buy to get in game cash for gear. That is the convoluted part. If you hold the arguement your making than any game where someone can spend money to gain an advantage [and it doesn't have to be to the game company] is pay to win. IE WOW is pay to win. Because you can spend real money to get gold and the best gear in WOW. You just pay it to third parties. There are gold sellers, companies that will level you character for you, and guilds that will take you through the dungeons you need to for cash in WOW.
According to what is Pay to win, your definition included game filled with gold spammers.
That's exactly the point. Who provides the money doesn't change whether or not you can pay your pay to the good stuff. Companies are taking matters into their own hands so they can control the situation, and, of course, that way no one has to get scammed by malicious gold sellers etc.
We dont play the same game, i see 5 daily quest at 2k AD reward + x2 at this moment. Ignoring gear sold, leadership profession, prayer. If you can't make at the very least even starting at around level 20 not 60 about 20k AD per 4-5 hours sessions. You don't get this game mechanic, i would look at an other game.
Yea, you see 5 quests that allow you to earn ADs in-game. I'm not complaining about that; that was point C, of my post.
The point you're missing, however, is Point D, in the post you quoted. Whether I "get" the AD earning mechanic (I do, trust me) is irrelevant to the fact that you don't need to do anything to earn ADs in the first freekin' place.
Fare you well

If you're not paying cash, to the COMPANY ie the devs/publishers of the game, and it's not designed by default to LET you do such a thing, then the GAME is not pay to win, you're paying to win, but the game by design is not.

. . . . . No, we're not having this argument again. As I said in the Pay to Win threads, this topic is an argument without end. There are plenty who feel strongly on both sides and in the middle. This is not a topic for discussion as the outcome has always been the same; uncivilized posting manners and arguments that just keep running in circles.
