That does not work on console, it displays less options, I think only "check xbox profile", "report offensive player" and there may be a third option I don't remember at the moment. The only way you can see an enemy player's gear and stats is if he says something on any of the chat channels all 10 players can see. Good thing about that though is privacy, that way copy pasta warriors don't make a parody of your build or simply copy it and regard it as "my build"
Lightning as sabo? Aren't you better off with vorpal? I could have sworn I saw @xsaiyajinx1 's sabo murdering people with a vorpal

I can murder low geared players that don't have 230,000 hit points as well.... by the way I have all weapon enchantments (trans), Vorpal works well with executioners build because of the changes to shadow of demise. I like to do flurry with my mirage clones to boost my damage in pvp as sab.

Yes I was using vorpal on a sabo build, but it's outdated since shocking got nerfed to the ground.
Perma unavoidable Courage Breaker spam or perma Bloodbath with SoD proc are the new meta.
@xsayajinx1 oh interesting. What ench shuld a sabo use nowadas? is @demonmonger right about trans lightning? By the way, demonmonger, I saw your video, pally used sanctuary and cure wounds occassionally, guy was like oh you're draining my hp... I'm a max health again! xD

Hello good move to remove the tenacity from gear and add it as default 40%. ( ANd am saying this as a mastercrafter):P
Regarding Tenacity: I used to run with 46% damage, crit reduction etc. So the new values at 40% is a nerf on my survivability. I think given that tenacity was introduced loong ago, and players have gotten much powerful since then, despite tenacity remainng the same, these values could see some increase. Someone also suggested at some point that melee(or tankier) classes should have more tenacity than ranged ones, since they are designed around having more survivability unlike the ranged ones. I think that was a good idea.
Regarding CC diminishing returns: Rogues are already brokenly powerful in PvP. Now everybodys CC gets a nerf, while theirs get the least impact, with courage breaker ignoring it completely. They have countless advantages in PvP already, they really don't need more.
Currently on preview Critical Severity is being reduced by 40% in PvP, but the old crit resistance buff is still contained within the PvP buff, which is making critical hits deal considerably less damage compared to normal hits. I assume it just hasn't been removed yet, but I am reporting it any ways just in case. @rgutscheradev@noworries#8859@terramak
Courage breaker not being effected by the control diminishing returns and smoke bomb being slightly less effective is a huge oversight. This was one of the most broken things that needed fixing in pvp. Is there any plans to fix this before mod 12.5 goes live?

Courage breaker is designed to bypass all cc defense Chill And smoke bomb doesn't even proc weapon enchantments.. so chill avoid smoke

ah well if it does not proc weapon enchantments its ok ....
CB is designed to bypass immunities not be exempt from the new diminishing returns system (it's a slow that stacks with other slows reducing movement speed to 0% and should be treated as such). I'm merely trying to clarify if this was the intention when they completely ignored it in the new system regardless of all the negative feedback about the power.
Also smoke bomb counts as 1 encounter use even though it ticks multiple times and lasts multiple seconds on a target in the area (meaning the stacks from the DR do not stack up like every other class' do). This shouldn't be unique and should be treated the same as other cc powers.
Also Im pretty sure no one uses smoke bomb to actually do damage in pvp, they use it because it is broken cc that covers a wide area and lasts a ridiculously long time, which with enough recovery can be up indefinitely. The weapon enchant not proccing is more of a pve issue and not something that is part of my question.
