My Transcendent Bronzewood cannot apply a visible mark. It used to apply a red mark on my foes but now it can't. Also, Burning Light encounter for paladin does not trigger this enchantment.
I use Bronzewood on my Paladin and even use it as one of two on my HR. I'm more concerned when you state it's not BUFFING/extending damage penetration like it should be and something perhaps I need to investigate more myself.
Have a good day.

It doesn't apply a mark like a fighter's mark with the red X, and has no taunt. They really shouldn't have referred to it as a "mark" since this means something so specific in NW jargon. The Bronzewood buff is indicated by affected targets turning yellow.
