Test servers unavailable after a major patch

The test servers are unavailable at the moment and such has been the case after each of the last major updates.

I perfectly understand that you most likely have a lot of work to do to try and fix some critical bugs which only became appearant after patching the live server.

I also understand that we are in no way entitled to being able to use the test servers at any given time.

However, the test servers can of critical importance for players when :
- trying different character skills and builds
- trying a new item (equipement, companion or mount) before binding it to our character (the preview window for mounts is particularly inefficient)

New updates, specially the large ones, usually bring changes to skills (and we don't necessarily get time to try them before the patch moves to the live server) and new items (which aren't always readily available on preview).

For these reasons, it would be really nice if you could make sure that at least one of the test servers (preview or owlbear) remains available for players at all time and specially after a large update.
