HR Encounters Not Registering

Two out of three of my encounter powers no longer register when I press 'E' or 'Q' while in range stance but still work in Melee stance. The range powers I am trying to use are Split the Sky and Cordon of Arrows. This just started today, 11/23/2016. Please fix as this makes my character unplayable. While testing I also noticed Rain of Arrows does not register. Before you assume user error, I am a seasoned network engineer and have done my due diligence in troubleshooting the matter on my end so to save time let's assume I'm not wrong. Thank you.

**UPDATE**Upon reading some other forums I thought I would go into a little more detail on when it last worked; I was on the guild map running daily quests using the above mentioned powers with no issues (minus Rain of Arrows as I don't run with that one). After daily quests I started a queue for Lair of Lostmauth. Once we got in the dungeon and to our first fight is when I noticed the encounters not working"

**Another BUG** I am also now stuck in combat stance; not mode, just stance no matter where I go

What I have done to troubleshoot so far:

Game restart
Ran game through Steam and Arc separately
Rebooted PC
Turned off PC and unplugged
checked key bindings
reset key bindings
Got a beer, made video

That was one of the first things I tried but did not fix the problem. Other powers still register but it is only those three so far that have stopped.

Did u try safe login? Btw this is the weirdest bug I ve seen in bugwinter.

No luck. Good idea though.

Okay I was able to fix it. Initially I reassigned my key bindings manually; upon selecting reset to defaults, all encounters started to function properly.
