As far as I know, there has never been a single legendary profession tool drop on Xbox. I hope this isn't deliberate.
Please let us know when you are going to fix it and how you are going to compensate those of us who spent a lot of real money trying to get them. At the minimum, please fix the issue and give players replacement Artisan's Professions Packs to replace the ones we opened which did not have the chance of dropping a legendary profession tool as stated in the lockbox description.

[The Legendary Outlaws] (Guildhall 20)
Someone from Xbox who has either dropped one or even seen one, please post here. But so far, nobody I know of has dropped one. I can't be absolutely sure that none have dropped, but I know some of you play all day every day, have you seen one drop or one for sale or one linked in trade?
2. Legendary tools will be alot rarer than legendary mounts because A. they are legendary and B. first you need to open a lockbox and then you need to get and open a profession pack, so they're hidden beyond two rng gates. They are basically just like the legendary mount raffle within the sahha ball fiasco a.k.a summer festival.
Secondly: clearly they do drop as we have known folk get them.
*/Edit: Unless you are confusing them with the Masterwork tools for some reason, those are really, really bound*
Legendary tools will be alot rarer than legendary mounts because A. they are legendary
Are there different versions of legendary? I'm confused by your statement. Lolwut

That's not worth 2 Legendary mounts to a serious crafter?
...and if it does not appear to be as good as T3, what a slap in the face for those that dedicated 10s or 100s of millions of AD, thousands and thousands of charts, etc that only really had about 5 to 6 months or so of crafting.
I know on my rogue dragonflight is still the way to go for pve.
If I'm correct in my above statement, then the guys making the master gear are pretty limited in terms of making their money back. More and more people are finishing masterwork, which means prices for the pvp gear keeps falling.
Eventually it seems like it will come to a point where the majority of people who wanted master pvp gear will have it, and since there are more people making said gear, the margins will be non-existent.
My understanding of the new "t3" gear is that it will only be good for certain things, and since it has to constantly be fed or it becomes useless/less effective I don't know if people will use it all the time, or at all if the rewards aren't there for the tasks it's good for. All that is assuming it even has better stats than current gear, which it may not.
