Bounty for seals

All the NPCs who sell the bounty are only selling the 10 bags there are no seals to buy? is this a bug or intentional.

    It was intentional. My guess is they want to rework what you can get for those bounties because even before you had to have so many to get a seal and then you had to have a lot of seals to get anything. So the bounty system needs a rework for the non-campaign areas. Otherwise they are just another useless currency

    or antibot thingie as seals = rawad now
    Please fix Zhentarim Warlock companion's skill "Arcane Warping" to the originally intended "Arcane Boost"

    Pure -> Transcendent Plague Fire weapon enchantment giving 80damge/20 seconds for 500k+ AD is a joke.

    They phased out the old seals, which means they were removed from the bounty agents.

    They have my vote to just do away with the bounty tokens now too. Pretty useless these days.

    There are a few valuable items that can drop from bounty bags, and the campaign bounties are useful once fixes go through for the stuff they broke in those stores (didn't mean to remove anything but seals). I am fine with the bounties staying. People can just ignore them since they take up no real space.
