Key to the Banshee Gate

I take a quest for this item "enter to enclave od Dark Fae" , i enter to this area and enter to dungeon, but i cant kill last boss so i exit with dung and area... now i can;t enter there and i see message " you con't have a key' but this quest in campaign is done and i can't do next

Support don't help me so i must write it here...
i can add, this incident was on 63 lvl, now i have 70 and still can't enter there
and i don't have this Key in eq sorry I'am not blind

I have no fracking clue how this was even possible. The key despawns when you speak to one of the elves (Olirien Mistcrown), and you do not need it to enter the area again. The gate pops up a message that says you need the key every time you interact with it, but does not block you from going through.

I can't enter it.... i click " F " i HAMSTER this gate, i try to enter it with only walk and nothink ^^ any ideas ?

I can concur. Something's hinky with the Dark Fey keys.. Affects doing multiple Celadine runs with keys. Maybe Witch Fen too.

Dark Fey Key =/= Banshee Gate Key

You need the Banshee Gate Key to enter the Realm of Celadaine in the first place. Speaking to Olirien Mistcrown to resolve the quest to go through the gate despawns the key and you don't need it anymore.

I am thinking the OP might have skipped this resolution (which I believe you can technically do while still obtaining other quests in this region), gone to fight Celadaine in the Tower, abandoned the instance and left without ever having triggered that dialogue with Olirien. It is possible that going to fight Celadaine also causes the key to despawn without triggering the gate to be active without it.

To me, it sounds like an obscure bug caused by doing tasks out of their intended order.

You need a Dark Fey Key for lair loot, but they don't serve any function other than opening a chest.

You might be right? One is Banshee and one is Moonlight, and I didn't check all my details while posting.

If Banshee Gate is for the Dark Fey Enclave, then same situation but substitute appropriate NPCs (robot-elf-dude and Magra Curse-Eye).

maybe take some screenshots and post them to "show" what the game is not allowing you to do, at least there's a record of what is going on and maybe somehow it can get passed on to the powers that be
