Tresure Trading Station Fails to Update

In the Treasure Trading Station mission the Ferengi doesnt seem to follow making comments as he did in CB. Also there were no glowies after I cleared the bar initially (I got two of them). I was able to beam out, reset the mission, return and gather the rest though

    I'm getting one, I do have glowies, but I just can't get past one scan.
