I can't "skill up" myself onmy my officers

When i try to skill up myself i get the general error "there was an error while ..." and the skill points are resetted to the original amount. I guess i have over 2k points now and i can't spend them on any skill. Strange but true there is no problem skilling up my officers.

    Yeah, happens a lot to me seems that is something to do with updating at the server as it will stick after a few tries
