"Stubborn" trait keeps disappearing from my powers tray

I am so frustrated about this issue. I have given detailed descriptions of this bug at least 15 times this year and it has
never been fixed. I have the trait "Stubborn" which is actually a skill used to block psionic attacks in battle. I always lock
the skills tray when I place it in my powers tray. At least once during every mission that skill will just disappear from my
powers tray. Often it will get replaced with the passive trait "Covert"--which doesn't even belong in the powers tray. This
happens often and they have never fixed the issue. Does anyone else experience this?

    I used to take this trait as well..

    This issue has existed since 2014 that I know of. It probably existed before that and it will probably exist until the game is no longer around.

    I fixed it by not taking that trait. :lol:

    I experience it, too. It happens a lot. Mine is usually replaced by a seemingly-random accolade passive, which, like Covert, doesn't belong in the power tray.
    This is an MMO, not a Star Trek episode simulator. That would make for a terrible game.
