lag with the new patch 6-13-19

i'm getting bad lag for the past week. i get in this fine start playing within 5 to 15 mins it all goes to hell.
i have good internet 100 down and 20 up and it's wired also i'm up to date.

    Try the Ingame Option-Advanced- Less Data Steaming
    Turn on
    or
    Turn Off
    And Check then

    Turn on Option is for Computer with 8 (or more )Gig Ram best Options !
    Turn off Option for Computer with 4 - 6 Gig Ram !
