Wifi connection to Cryptic servers disconnects every 45 minutes exactly...

I want to make this clear...I am not disconnecting or having interruption with my internet connection every 45 minutes. Only STO disconnects every 45 minutes...this has been going on for about 2 months now. I am tired of telling the same story and being ignored. I would appreciate some response beyond check your connection as it is NOT my connection. I do not have a hardline connection, only WIFI...so please address attempt to address this issue as soon as possible.

    It's your modem. I'm sure it's not what you want to hear. If you have a random assigned IP your modem will try and get a new IP renewal at what ever interval your modem is set at. In the time it takes your modem to get a new IP renewal, Cryptic sees it as a disconnect.

    Yes i Think so Also
    Evertime new IP but at modem(router) or ISP dont know
    To test it Enter in Network Adapter a static IP from router range !
    subnet mask 255.255.255.0
    DNS Server Router Network IP mostly somthing like 192.168.0.1
