STO Game Pack Redemption & Claiming Process - For Operations Pack & All Other Packs

Please refer to this post for instructions and clarification regarding Star Trek Online Game Packs purchased from our ArcGames.com STO Product Page &/or the Steam STO Storefront.

UPDATED Info for Steam and Mac users.

These instructions include the Legacy of Romulus: Legacy & Starter Packs, the Steam Starter Pack and the new the Delta Rising: Operations Pack.

Prelaunch Operations Pack Disclaimer:

After you have purchased an Operations Pack during the prelaunch time frame, the item/description will appear in your purchase history, but it will not be accessible (or visible) in-game until October 14th, after Delta Rising has launched.

Arc Users:
  • All game packs are available for purchase on the STO ArcGames.com Product Page in their respective linked pages.
  • All packs will be available to claim from the CStore under the 'Bundles' tab after purchase, no code redemption needed.
  • All items will unpack into your inventory/possession after clicking the "claim" button in the appropriate CStore item description.


Steam Users:
  • All Game Packs will be available for purchase in the Star Trek Online Steam Storefront.
  • Purchase of the Packs will provide you with a code for redemption.
  • This code will require the existing website redemption page in order to redeem.
  • Visit the https://my.perfectworld.com/redeemkey/sto page, login in with your account credentials, enter your code where prompted.
  • Login to the game with your current STO account username and password.
  • The item will be synced to your account and available in-game in the CStore under the 'Bundles' Tab.


All other Users:
  • For an Arc Code, you will need to install the Arc GameClient and use the Redeem A Key menu option in the upper left drop down menu.
    • NOTE: These instructions will also apply to anyone who has won a recent prize code for the Operations Packs.
  • For codes from a Steam purchase, you will need to repeat the steps above listed for steam users.

Mac Users:
  • You can purchase the packs directly from our ArcGames.com STO Product Page and the items will automatically load into your account after purchase. No code redemption needed.
