Being logged out after 30 seconds

Keep encountering a bug that whenever I open the ps menu while logged into neverwinter regardless of what I'm doing on the ps menu I get logged out of neverwinter after like 30s of being in the ps menu. this happened to me several times since the latest update

    Thanks for reporting. Just to confirm, this began after the March 25th update?

    March 26, and it happens after exactly 60 seconds on the Playstation menu. The quick menu does not do it.

    This is a major bug, affecting everyone on PS4, and should have been high priority.

    Someone else told me you get logged out faster if you're switching maps while you go to the PS4 menu.

    I might submit a ticket too since nothings been done to fix this for a month almost
