I raised your concern to the next tier of Support and was informed that this is currently a known issue. We have been getting similar reports from other players as well and the developers are now investigating the matter. To help the development team better document the incident, I will forward your ticket as an additional reference. It will also be helpful for you to share your own experience on the Star Trek Online forum to supplement the information we have gathered. Posting this on the forum is a good way for other affected players to pitch in their ideas or feedback. The QA and/or development team reviews all submissions here.
