Cannon players have been complaining about the cannon skills being at CMDR level forever. I can only imagine the rage this change would induce. In general, they don't like to re-rank abilities like this, because it really messes with existing doffs.
They already were setting those prices, they just weren't on the exchange meaning less undercutting was happening keeping prices higher. Open markets are anti-ferengi. Any good latinum hoarder will tell you how much more valuable an exclusive market is.
Seems like the status quo aggressive saucers are winning out overall so far. I've voted the other way both times and am sad to see the less imaginative options are the winning options. Do we really need another copy of ships we already have?

It's pretty terrible design and fairly poor decision making. Players LOVE…
Thanks for the insight. This should help when looking at parses to figure out what's going on. What I was looking at before wasn't quite lining up with any of the models. Is it known if STO even runs down to the thousandths of a second precision in it's calculations, or is there a set number of gameplay engine update…
Totally replied to the wrong thread, but see here: http://sto-forum.perfectworld.com/showpost.php?p=23913481&postcount=5 Is it working? I think so. Is it worth it for DHCs? Probably not...
I'm no STO theroycrafter, but from what I have read recently DHCs have a 1 second "fire" time and a 2 second "reload" time. There are a couple problems I can see with this ability for cannons in general, and one for DHCs in particular. RRtW increases "cycle haste" by x%. Is "cycle haste" the cooldown time, fire time, or…
