So are we still going to be able to train our other bridge officers in TS3? I would rather not have to use a bridge officer with no space traits just to use a specific skill. The same goes for Overload 3, Scatter Volley 3 and all of the other skills you can't currently craft training manuals for.

Integral remodulation is pretty unreliable for me too, I've seen the same problem on MACO, Adapted MACO and Honor Guard sets (haven't tested Adapted Honor Guard or Omega lately). Latest Tribble patch worked for me too, Omega Force Shadow Operative and MACO Elite Commander are now completed. Also, I was able to claim that MACO Style 4 costume that was stuck in my projects and the new costumes are now available.
