• I'll move this to Suggestions Forum then - can't say I'm not disappointed that it only can proc from a manual activation and not a trigger of what the Doff ability describes "...using an Energy Firing Mode".

• This bug is persisting even after the most recent patch on 03.14.24, but now no Boff S.R.O. traits are applying (I don't know about non-Romulan Boffs, because Romulan Supremacy!) Anyway, sadly nothing got fixed at least for Superior Romulan Operative (SRO) Boffs.
