Why am I still surprised? Bugs happen in any online game...the customer service level of this particular company however is unrivaled in their level of incompetence and lack of "give a TRIBBLE". Thanks for nothing Mr. <your name here>

I have the identical issue and I have a virtual super computer along with several others in my office. I've been having the exact same issue since the update and the response to my ticket was: Hello Thank you for contacting us. If you find that you have become stuck in a public zone, such as Earth Spacedock, please try changing instances. Doing this should return you to the nearest spawn point with no associated penalty.…
