Exposed skin on character models now flickers post-LoR, faces most notably. Turning Vsync off eliminates the problem totally. Same results under DX9 and 11. Also having this problem, GeForce GTX 660, 314.22 drivers Have everything cranked up all the way except shadows to low because of this issue. With shadows on medium or high, a ship with MACO shields flickers horribly.
