Cannot even get that far. I type my password and get told "syntax error" then the crash reporter comes up. I actually checked :\Program Files (x86)\Star Trek Online_en\Star Trek Online\Live\localdata for the game pref file and didn't find it. \localdata doesn't even exist in \live on my system.
