• If you can't find someone to trade, go to the Exchange and you should be able to sell your Kelvin Constitution for more than enough EC's to buy the Vengeance. They are each going for around 70m to 150m EC's right now, but the Vengeance is selling for cheaper than the conny, due to it's relative rarity.

• I think if console is successful, PvP will expand because console is built for PvP. If you look at WoT and WoT console, WoT console has become it own separate entity.
