Have you made sure the Arc Launcher is not running (check the Hidden Items area on your taskbar and if Arc is there right-click it and select Exit). This has worked for several of us with the issue (stopped the crash and the Epic bundle is available in the Starter Pack area of the Z store)
Found the fix to both issues (on reddit at r/sto) - make sure you have closed down the ARC client (including from your task tray) STO should then launch and your bundle magically appear in the Starter Pack part of the Zen store
Further to the above - I have found out how to both get rid of the crash and find the bundle in the Zen store. (thanks r/sto) It seems you need to make sure you have closed down/exited the ARC client - STO will then launch as expected from the Epic launcher and your bundle will pop up in the Starter Pack area of the Zen…
Also have this problem. As several others have mentioned in the announcement thread, I get a crash every time I try to launch STO from the Epic Launcher.
