I live in Melbourne Victoria Australia and have the same problem, also tried everything and just keep getting D/Ced. the tests show * 's at cryptic's door step just before the server. Once i get D/Ced i try youtube, Steam, Battlefield, SWTOR Netflix and they all work perfect. STO is the only thing that does not work.

I went into the star trek online launcher clicked "options" and changed patching proxy and gameplay proxy from "None" to "EU" clicked save then restarted the launcher as requested and i was able to play for 2 hours and logout on my own free will without being disconnected every 20 min's or so. 3 min's max for cascade 5 km range Needs to have a target locked on to, so you can't waste it if the target flys out of range. Change damage to suit

Add more fleet events mission to the PvE queues so we get more variety, playing the same missions over and over is boring. I have only being playing for about 4 months and im sick of the repetitiveness, I feel sorry for the people that have been playing for 3 years.

it did not work the first time for me, but it did work the 2nd time. Now i have replayed the mission about 5 time and the hatch wont glow and i can't complete the mission. Confirmed need's fixing.
