• The holiday period should not be mentioned. Look at all the other mmorpg games and even facebook games, even they resolve issues faster. Tribble transfer doesn't work, half the pve queues are buggy and leave you no choice but to quit, 1000s cant log on, patches and downtime are always longer than first stated, missions…

• i have a lvl 41 fed toon on tribble and iv tried copying other toons over and it keeps saying its completed please give it 2 hours or it will be done immediately and nothing and iv even created a new toon and got it to level 5 and that was still there a week later.
