A good point but neither cryptic or pwe replied for 3 months to help with my own merging problem... not even an auto reply until today i sent another ticket.... they seemed to of mysteriously disappeared :confused:

I have exactly the same problem.. the process of merging was overly complicated and confusing .... i sent in numerous tickets before the final merging process was implemented today and had no help or response other than for the ticket i had issued this morning.... sooooo my 2 year cryptic/lifer account didnt link properly…
