Yeah, this and numerous other elements of cutscenes are bugged. It's kinda frustrating to see how many issues there are

Can confirm this bug is still present as of 9-20, along with numerous other weapon effect visuals (including the double torpedo glitch).

Honestly, I'd be fine with it getting stuffed in the box. As long as it's there to get.

Issues like these I'm assuming get tagged as "low priority" when it comes to bug fixing, which is somewhat frustrating considering there seems to be a lot of similar bugs in play right now.

This happens on my end too. Firing a single torpedo fires a secondary torpedo, though the second torpedo appears to be a visual/audio bug only. Damage registers as a single torpedo.

Actually surprised we haven't gotten the Ent-era Andorian Uniforms frankly. Oughta add both IMO.

Honestly, I'd support that. Would also be nice to have Heavy Single Cannons as well. I think we only have two at present, and they're lockbox weapon type based.

Correct. In the RPG book, they were described as having purplish "skin" with blue veins. What they have though isn't "blood", but a semi-solid gelatin that's pushed through the permeable chambers within their body structure. I would agree with that, if the Herald Torpedo wasn't stuck at Mk X, common quality, non-upgradable and non-modifiable. At least you can upgrade and modify the Thermionic Torpedoes that come with Tholian ships.

There's also the description from the 2003 Aliens sourcebook for the old Star Trek D20 RPG, where the Breen are described as, quote, "walking sacs of ammonia and gelatin".

Shame an upgradeable version of the Herald Transphasic Torpedo isn't part of the weapon set. Would've loved to get one for my Vonph.

Xindi Reptilians, Primates, Arboreals and maybe Insectoids would be great additions. Yridians and Suliban are long overdue as well. Nausicaans, Gorn and Letheans are also still missing female options. The Alien creator as a whole needs a massive overhaul/update.

As of the 4-11-24 Patch, the Nausicaan Energy Lance still isn't displaying audio or visual FX

Seems the bug has been fixed for the most part as of today's patch. However, the Nausicaan Energy Lance still appears to be busted.

Character: Turrogar This glitch is also affecting the Nausicaan Energy Lance it seems. Still hasn't been fixed with other Disruptor weapons, and appears to be a bug that affects the majority of "heavy" Disruptor assault weapons.

What they should do, IMO, is add the Scout Cube as a Battleship tier enemy, alongside the Assimilator. Have the Scout Cube appear where appropriate, while mixing and matching the two during TFOs or whatever. That way, true Borg Cubes can be used as proper "Boss" enemies.

I remember when Lockbox ships were generally alien ships. Ships that should be considered rare in any of the playable factions. Now we get ships that should just be typical Zen store purchases shoved into lockboxes. Seriously, come on :/

Seconded. The fact that the Kar'takin is even restricted to this pack in the first place is kind of offensive, considering it's something that's been requested for Jem'Hadar for quite a while now.

I've got my hopes that the Kar'takin and the Weyoun BOff are account unlocks. The Projected Stasis Beam console that came with the Legendary D7 Boost was.

I care less about the leveling package and more so about the ship, the Kar'takin and the Weyoun BOff. If the latter two aren't account claimable... Eh.

*Gleefully joins in* Also, kinda sad we don't even have the option anymore. My Klingon might not have tortured the cap'n, but my Orion might have, and my Nausicaan and Lethean sure as hell would.

Would also be nice if Gorn could use their claws to attack in melee instead of the basic melee combos. It has been for quite a while, annoyingly. Also, fixed the title to appeal to those with such tender sensibilities. :D
