Do any of the Breen capital ships spawn? I haven't found one since the sector revamp, and I've played the Deferi missions quite a few times.

Same problem here. Three consecutive crashes so far when clicking "Accept" on the away team selection screen. When logging back in I get the "Unable to transfer character to destination map" error message.

IIRC the bug is caused by having multiple Boff costumes saved under the same name. Try visiting the tailor and making sure that all saved outfits have unique names.

Polarize hull is broken for me too. I normally have a copy slotted to deal with those pesky Borg tractor beams, but now it's completely ineffective.
