  • Well, the trait seems nice. Not so sure about the visuals.
  • Assault Kit Module – Graviton Spike. Tactical Captains can enhance their weapons fire with charged Graviton particles to create a miniature singularity on impact. Enemies caught within the singularity’s radius are pulled toward it, taking kinetic damage... This sounds an awful lot like the little grenades the Dark Elves…
  • I think only one of my alts really uses the cruiser and corvette, but with all of these Delta recruits that might've changed. Not sure whey these are being retired instead of being purchasable at discount in the new currency. Sad to see the option being taken away. Never take away options, especially those that have been…
  • Any universe where time travel is a relatively easy possibility negates a lot of dramatic impact. That said, I doubt our fix to this mess will come so easily.
  • T5 Shipyard for the Pathfinder? Odd. Well, the Guardian checks out. Just a toss up over whether to fly it or the Andromeda some days. How very 1st world problems.
  • Nice! I am curious about the ship under his command though. When do we get those details?
  • It's a shame the Challenger is so far into ESD, but she still looks so much better even at that distance. Kudos again to the team that Revamped the Galaxy.
  • Nice! Still appears that the Venture saucer is missing windows on the lower-rear of it's starboard side. Now seems like a good time to get that fixed.
  • I noticed that as well as I liked to run all Galaxy parts except for the Venture neck. Still, I am happy to have a 10-forward on my ship! The update to the main model was very nicely done. She feels more capable than my fleet t5-u Galaxy, so there's that, even if it's just my perception. I think they've done quite well by…
  • I was hoping for lt. com science on the Andromeda since it seems more befitting the exploration cruiser role, but I know people will be happy with the other. Happy we got lt. com command skills access though.
  • Yay! Glad to see this little tidbit in there along with several fixes.
  • The page of names Cryptic already has includes actors, producers, composers, sound designers, costumers, etc. Since they seem to have shown a willingness to include lesser know contributors and updating a text file shouldn't be that difficult, I just think the list should be more complete.
  • Just checked and Maurice is actually on there. Harve Bennett just passed yesterday, so we lost another with a sizable contribution (Movies 2-5) to the franchise.
  • I like a more complete list myself. While walking through a large indoor burial facility following the passing of a friend's mother, I was struck by the human history I was glimpsing. Some dying quite young, others dying quite old, husbands and wives together, some dying many years before even my grandparents. Questions…
  • Sorry I missed this. Smirk, not sure if you've seen it, but I started a thread noting a few names missing from the list on the second page of the memorial text. Seems a few notable Trek contributors are missing. http://sto-forum.perfectworld.com/showthread.php?t=1393341
  • Shouldn't be too hard to these names to the text list. It already includes a good mix of camera and behind-the-scenes talent. I knew this was done somewhat hastily, so there are bound to be gaps.
  • Thank you. I updated the original post as suggested.
  • If you interact with the memorial panel and click "Continue" you can see a longer list of names, which does include Mark Lenard. This is where I am talking about adding names.
  • It would be nice to be able to earn the trait, dismiss that ship, and still have another boxed just in case.
  • This may be a working as intended thing, but is it possible to change it so we can reclaim the Samsar during the event like we could with the winter event ships? For certain characters, I would like to earn the trait, dismiss the ship, and have a boxed one in storage just in case I change my mind down the road.
  • Well, the Intrepid would indicate that's not the direction Cryptic wants to go. Ship upgrading and customization would be an awesome move from a player standpoint. But I stick mostly to my Galaxy and Nebula. Though my Guardian is growing on me. At this point, it's mainly about the ship traits that make my existing…
  • I looked at that and thought it must be a typo. Seems like that might upset some folks that bought Intel ships at the same price and will have to pay for a fleet module later to upgrade them. Now I guess I need to add All Hands on Deck by Reciprocity on my list of desirable traits.
  • Problems aside, I am immensely enjoying having a handful of diversely trained core crew members accompany me on any ship I fly. They feel more like my crew than ever. My favorite tac officer can now know beams, cannons, and torpedoes and switch them up depending on my build, and my "chief" engineer is always on board to be…
  • Since it's not showing in the tracker, we are getting an event week as compensation for the miscommunication per our new EP - http://sto-forum.perfectworld.com/showpost.php?p=22133821&postcount=89
  • Thank you for the apology and the extension of the event. I originally wished the bonus had been reinstated, but the week long extension will probably net me more dilithium in the long run. This information would have been better appreciated before such a big change to a longstanding event. Probably would have been best to…
  • I was sure, we just had a conversation about this. Some PVE rewards were nerfed, we spoke up, and the eventual reply was that they would look at gradually improving rewards. Content, especially compared to the past, is not appropriately rewarding. The first dilithium weekend since then and we have another reward nerf.…
  • I do have copies. It makes sense when you play the episode as to why that's possible. :D
  • Well, it sounds like we got your attention but the when and how are important as others have voiced. I responded in the other post, but I'll respond here as well. The game as is stands does not appear to respect my time or effort. Grind patrol missions over and over to gain specialization points because there is not enough…
  • Let me first start with an example of a game mechanic I think works remarkably well, the reputation system. Much more so these days. I know that with a week or two of casual play, I can obtain the means necessary to complete a rep in about by contributing to it daily for 40 days. Much less so on any alts I sponsor. There…
  • Hoping Klingon players might get the Kamarag as a store unlock like the Feds got the Ambassador a while back. These giveaways are always nice. Wish they didn't feel needed given the discontent that players appear to be feeling.
