im a tac and pulse has 65k base with aux at full and radiation at 5 k a sec for 12 secs i tried it on the talshiar destroyed it and when he used shield abilities took more than half of his hull off and the radiation destroyed him :)

from looking at the youtube video it looks like the tholaron weapon give out 5 pulses before it gives out the the biggest and final pulse looking at all the other NPC scimitars none of them give out any pulses just 1 big blast so i reckon the pulses probs do damage before the the final pulse.

a good few months 8 or so i remember evrey1 hateing the idea and that cryptic are never going to do it and yet they got the carrier out and loads of people use it:)
