Update: Turns out I must have inadvertently changed a setting on the audio controls for my speakers. The decoder got set to 3D instead of off. That solves the missing ground weapon sounds issue but not the weird endeavor glitch. Glitches happen.

I got the same issue. Got credit for Voth Invictus before the maintenance and no credit for the rocket parts gathering/launch after maintenance.

I also have this issue on one character (which happens to be my main). It started a month or two ago. When pets autofire is on, I can't launch pets manually. If pets autofire is off, I can launch pets manually. This is true for all ships with pets. Would like to have pets autofire on with the ability to launch pets…

I believe my main was at lvl 65 when I bought the LTS about a year ago. I got everything that is listed. So I believe the answer to your question is: Yes.
