Should have been due mine around the 18th but no sign of it and no, i didn't get double back in May when i resubbed in the first place. Between this and the whole sub randomly ending after a few days things (see general dicussion for thread) i have zero confidence in Cryptic's account and billing server.

Just noticed on my Romulan and new KDF character that while they have the correct 300 day veteran accolade, the buff they both have is only the 200 day one. Something is definately still not quite right. My account went back to inactive today even though the money left paypal on the 17th. After changing subscription back to paypal it went back to active but the days subscribed has went from 340 something back to 332. Will be keeping an eye on it but if i get my zen stipend…

In good news, my account was fixed tonight and is now back on gold status. In not so good news, theres no sign of being compensated in any way for the missed days. Would have expected at the very least for the next bill date to be moved back a week since the account was on silver for a week due to this bug. Not a huge…

I have had an open ticket with support for almost a week with the exact same issue. Only response so far was an automated please respond if you still require assistance one.

Also getting this on every map change since the April 22 patch. So far opening the stations window and selecting one of the drop downs as if going to assign a boff seems to reset all the previously assigned boffs to the correct places and restore the ability tray.

The aux cannons stop working if either weapon or aux is taken offline. Easy to confirm by fighting Tholians and their weapon disable spam.
