To Hell with Honor is NOT progressing. I have played it over two days on different characters. The progress bar NEVER advances and NEVER shows a countdown timer.

The Endeavor system seems to BEHAVE as Per Account - the question is - Is that the CORRECT BEHAVIOR? I can't find any documentation that says its once per account. No where (except a single twitter post today after the fact) does it say that the lockout is Account Level. Now other events have the "win once"/"claim many behavior"- [Winter/Summer Events for example] but in those cases that is clearly explained - and you can still earn rewards on individual toons if you're so inclined.…

Was able to complete Surface Tension - so making progress.

If this helps - instead of Crashing to Desktop when trying to Start "Fires on the Homefront" I instead received the message "Unable to transfer player container" and then was taken to the login screen. Cannot enter VZA-4001 either - tried dropping and reacquiring mission, even changing to small craft - made no different. Trying to Enter VZA-4001 will results in instant crash to desktop.
