Having the same issue here,on all my characters.Now i feel like a one trick pony!

Hopefully they get fixed,so far opening a ticket has resulted in only silence on my end.Its a bit frustrating I could really use these items right now.

Was it your character's personal bank or account shared bank?Both my crystals and claims are stuck in the shared one.For the time being I had no immediate plan on using my crystals until the Herald Armor costume came out on consoles but them claims I need daily haha *sad*

Same Thing happens with Dilitium Mining Claims,and I cant even retrieve them or the lobi crystals with the character they originate from.Really scared of losing it all.

Im having a similar issue with my Chimera Heavy Destroyer,while the tactical mode and the lotus beam work fine and can be selected,the thachyon inversion beam is missing and I cant tell at all if regenerative mode even works.
