seems to be a ongoing issue but getting help from arc is like getting blood from a stone, been looking for a while now for fix but doesnt seem to be one .. post a ticket thing with them maybe if they get enough they will sort the issue

so i decided to buy zen for the first time today after a few years of playing love the game .. sadly i cant buy zen because when i choose the amount i want and click on the payment method i then put it for sto and for holodeck then i click proceed and it takes me back to the first screen with an error message that reads…
