Well, hit lvl 6 on my char and all my rewards dropped. Have to create some more chars and see if the same things happen to them.

I've found the same problem in the past two days. Two characters created (Feds) since tuesday, neither has been given either veteran or lifetimer rewards. The only ones I can get are those that are claimed from C-store. Tailor and ships customization rewards are also not appearing. I think this has only started in the past…

Been on Tribble this last week, so don't know how often it's happening, but this morning I logged in with a char on Memory Alpha, beamed to ship, then went to my bridge, and got server DC during the load screen.
