  • To add, on the only inactive ability I can confirm on my setup: Bio-Molecular Shield Generator (rep active)
  • The biggest issue I see already is your handling of 'Faction'. One of the biggest points of confusion we see from New Players is the Faction, or Virtual Faction system. In CharGen, looking at your Faction Page, you are already off to a bad start by calling them that, and not clearly mentioning forced Allegiance options…
  • This is a no-brainer: While sitting there making dil for the daily until you make dil for the event completion, you sit there and make more dil by doing Admiralty and Doffing. Then go make a sammich.
  • Considering how 'close' the vote tally was, Devs, you should consider offering all 3 skin variants in the Tailor, to appease the masses.
  • It's not just Miner Instabilities. I've had Shooter Mode mouse aiming lockup in multiple types of matches today. Aiming Reticle stays up, but aim/motion refuses to respond to mouse movement. It seems to happen after an ability is used whether via power tray or numeric keybind for the tray powers. Not sure about that yet,…
  • confirmed as well, TOS character is into the Klingon arc, past the Tutorial. Still unable to use exp boosters. Fleet cred/fleet mark/rep/etc. pools seem to be fine. Apparently there is something missing at conclusion of AoY tutorial to toggle the end of it.
  • Okay, think I found it using RegEdit. Windows 7-10 hkey_current_user>Software>Cryptic>Star Trek Online InstallLocation (edit registry to change to new location) After that, I opened the Launcher, and it is verifying the files. It shows a large patch, but it flies through it all, mainly verifying the files, downloaded about…
  • I as well just did the same thing. Apparently however, the patcher is still looking at the old location. Is there a file where we can manually change the loacation for the patcher?
  • This has been reported already here, but still no indication of acknowledgement. So keep asking until they do.
  • Bumped so we can clarification or some kind of response. This has already drained resources from our fleeties, would be nice to see it removed while it is broken, or some indication that it will be fixed asap. ty
  • Thanks both, It was a random thought when I heard her yelling. And yeah, I tried it again a bit ago myself and noticed that even though I know I was about as fast as can be, Sela's call was after the 2nd bomb.
  • Potential accolade?: Disarming all 3 bombs successfully under a specific time. I've only tried this once, but just missed it. I'm wondering if you disarm all 3 before Sela calls to you to hurry up, if there is an accolade. Challenging one though, will try again later. Anyone else try this yet?
  • Agreed, nice to see this one fixed. However, NOTE: this resets the accolade, so doing a flyby of the Voth one does not complete it. You need to hit all 3 of them again, and it seems like you have to do them in the right order: Allied -> Contested -> Voth .
  • Still an issue. tried changing the abilities while in space in tac and sci mode, changing boffs ground and space, etc. I am able to use my cmdr sci ability all the time (ship was in sci mode at time of change), but unable to change my tac cmdr ability from one trained ability to another. Taibin@kardat and blatant bump.…
  • Brilliant, well done. Obvious winner.

  • First, congrats. You got a ship, a Marion, and a leech in 90 keys. That doesn't happen to most people. Feel good about that at the very least. If you have no intention of starting an eng or tac that might use Marion, then by all means sell him and buy something more practical. If you are patient, watch the Marion market…
  • I thought as much as well, but then I tried different locations around ESD-space. For me, it finally triggered completion when I hit a particle over by the construction yard(s). Basically, not all particles in ESD/Sol Space count towards the daily completion. You need to cruise around to different areas and try different…
  • Personally, I would like to thank Cryptic. This recent stab in the back has suddenly cleared out a large portion of my fleet's roster. Since those players are now moving on to another game, we suddenly have LOTS of room in our fleet roster. Saved me the trouble of having to do a manual cleaning to clear up space for all…
  • Also to be noted: Kobali Pants - Bottom layer, the actual leggings, color can not be changed. Kobali Upper - Arm number - color can not be changed. In both cases, you can select a different color, but it doesn't actually change. That aside, I like both the Kobali and Vaadwaur uniforms quite a lot. Nice additions.
  • My vote for best post ever. I have no idea what he is saying, but he sure means it. I mainly want to know where he goes to school, so I know exactly where NOT to raise my kids.
  • I did not see mention of Dilithium VIP claims in the list of lockbox drops. Have they been overlooked?
  • Just imagine if the time spent developing this totally unnecessary and undesired system was spent FIXING THE EXISTING LOAD-OUT SYSTEM. I'm just saying. Spend a little time fixing the old bugs before creating new bugs.
  • A running list of things, these may have been mentioned by others, but I tend to make a list during playthrough: 1 - Typo: Galera "Who are you?" text: second paragraph: "Her disdain for the warrior culture put her made her an outsider..." 2 - NPC battles: The name tag still exists above defeated (dead and non-visible) when…
  • Actually, the Breen Plesh Brek Raider is available to Feds, if they got it during the Winter event, and that has the Flanking bonus as well. With that said, your post is solid. KDF (and the few Fed Plesk) Raiders will find the Subspace jump more useful than the Picard Maneuver, but really, they are two totally different…
  • I would as well like to extend an invitation to the Omega Family of Fleets (we have a T5 Fed fleet, T4 KDF/ROM-KDF, and a newer T3 FED-ROM Fleet). We also have a dedicated TeamSpeak3 server. We have a number of European players, and like your fleet, a number of smaller fleets have folded into ours over the past couple of…
  • I would as well like to extend an invitation to the Omega Family of Fleets (we have a T5 Fed fleet, T4 KDF/ROM-KDF, and a newer T3 FED-ROM Fleet). We also have a dedicated TeamSpeak3 server. We are a laid-back fleet, comprised of a good mix of Social/Casual players and hard-core gamers, and international players, so you…

  • I did not see it in the list of items from the drop box, and would just like a clarification... Are Dilithium Mining Claims not dropping out of the new box? Or was it accidentally omitted from the original post?
