I am currently having this issue. There is no button marked "Report to K'mtar" in the lower right corner. UPDATE: You have to be on Qo'Nos in order for this button to appear in the lower right corner.

Skip it. Once you complete the 3rd debris scan, you will get sucked into the Hirogen anomaly without any way to escape. It will not load the next map and you cannot exit to sector space or transwarp due to being in combat. After scanning the third debris field, the Hirogen anomaly opens and sucks you in. However, it did not load the next map. I am currently stuck in the anomaly with no way of doing anything. I was also having this issue. I ended up skipping the mission and moving on to the next one, "Frozen". However, this mission is having the same issue. Once you defeat the Romulan cruiser and move to the next nav beacon, the mission won't update. That's two missions in a row that are bugged and won't progress. I suppose I…
