BIND on ACQUIRE to CHARACTER. Do not claim on KDF/KDF Allied character. <- not sure if thats possible but might as well make sure. edit: nm seems you can not claim on Fed-JHD... so I guess no Fed-Rom or KDF toons.

This also effects Vanguard KDF Science JHD... Security Head Duty Assignments missing. Either stays blank or Jumps to Current Map Duty assignments.

Having same problem with Vanguard Fed Engineer... Security Head Duty Assignments are a No Go.

Easy fix... Cards can only start at L60. So only have T6 ships on up. They can use their faction's T1 to T5 ships... yes T5.
