  • I am having the same issue as everyone else, but the only ability it is affecting is my EPtS I. I don't use keybinds, not normally "button masher," and the only DOffs I'm using affect my torpedo cooldowns. The cooldown issue doesn't happen everytime I use EPtS I, but it does happen enough that I do notice it when it does…
