I have the same problem with directx11,greyed out LCARS,set to dx9 the LCARS reappear,could be a Nvidia problem

Try activating reduced file streaming under advanced options,fixed all my disconnect and server problems,also lag is caused by CPU throttling try a tool called throttlestop it stops your CPU from slowing down therefore reducing lag and improving framerate

Its getting to the point where im afraid to play the game in case i cause damage to my laptop,when the map tranfer stalls i have to turn off my laptop via the power button,task manager wont kill the game,my laptop also is able to play on max settings no problem,would appreciate it if cryptic even acknowledged the problem…

Thanks for the replies,I disabled a trait called beam barrage and it did the trick only happens on large ships now like the jem hadar dreadnought,it could be adraw distance problem,if I zoom in they show up but still misfire occasionally

i made a similar thread last year,seems they are back :eek: its also now happening on bajor,this group were all klingon,same weapon etc its in one of the buildings with lots of metal crates,i was there yesterday but cant remember which building,wont take long to find it again though

i have a different issue,i can activate AA but at the expensive of having bloom and a few other options greyed out for some weird reason,it says your driver cannot use these options with AA enabled:mad:
