It's suddenly taking me 5-10+ tries to log in, and once I do, sometimes I stay connected, other times it times out. WTF did you do to your servers? Whatever it was, roll it back, cause you all screwed up bigtime. Oh, and today there's a new one. When I do get to character select and try to log in it says problem…

Update: After reinstalling the latest java, when I tried to launch it said STO was running. Checked task manager and the client was showing there, though not in taskbar or desktop. stopeed those processes and restarted the launcher, logged in with no problems

Timing out here on both STO and CO, looks like it must be an ARC issue.

What about the fact that I can't customize my starter ship because no matter what options I choose, including basic B'rel, it wants me to pay 750 Zen? Oh, unless I pick actual Zen options, then the total, goes up. That's just the base price for my free customization as a new Klingon captain.
