• I got a new tier 2 ship with a promotion and when I outfitted it I noticed my ship powers for my 3 officers were not available anymore and are blank. (The shield boost, the shield attack and the torpedo bonus damage ability)The consoles are equipped. I went from a light cruiser to a cruiser. Am I missing something?
